Refund Policy

Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 1-3 business days of receiving your return or approving your refund request.

  • Refunds are only eligible for items returned within 7 days of delivery. The 7-day period begins the day your order is marked as delivered. No exceptions will be made.

Refund Method

  • Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • We cannot process refunds to alternative payment methods.

In-Transit Items

  • Refunds will not be issued while items are still in transit. It is crucial to provide us with a tracking number for your return.

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged items during transit back to us. Please ensure your return is properly packaged and tracked.
