Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Large orders over $300 may need an additional 2 days for payment verification. If you are not a first time buyer, your order will be shipped without delay.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

We can ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS. We usually ship with UPS on express shipping, however, due to UPS shipping restrictions to P.O Boxes, your order will need to be shipped via USPS. USPS Priority Mail may have slight delays.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the provided link.

Shipping Delays:

While we strive to meet our delivery estimates, unforeseen circumstances such as weather, carrier delays, or high order volumes may affect delivery times. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.

Undeliverable Packages:

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

If we do not receive an response within 48-hours on re-shipping your order, the order will be cancelled and refunded.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

NSPRE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier for assistance.

Please remember, we have the same information as the shipping carriers.
